INEF4 Energy Transition Institute

Objective: helping construction industry players and enterprises to take the required steps to improve their competitiveness, for the development of new offers supporting the energy transition.

INEF4 is France's national center of excellence in research and innovation for the sustainable construction sector.

It is an interdisciplinary platform in the field of carbon-free energy. Favoring an open innovation approach, it brings together public and private research bodies and enterprises for the development of added value projects.

INEF4 seeks to be an indispensable tool for construction industry enterprises and, on a broader level, all players in the sector.

St Exupéry technological research institute (IRT)

Objective: improving the industry's global competitiveness through research in three key technologies: high performance multifunctional materials, more electrical aircraft technology and embedded systems.

IRT Saint Exupéry is one of the eight accredited technological research institutes within the Investments for the Future program. With public and private partners, it seeks to develop, at Toulouse Montaudran Aérospace (2016) and in Bordeaux, world-class research activities with the backing of high-level skills and technology platforms.

This integrated collaborative environment allows the development of breakthrough technologies in sync with the needs of the aerospace industry and embedded systems.
